About Modern Workery

Modern Workery was founded in 2026 by Chevelle Bedra and Adam Espinosa. But long before there were client meetings, business strategy sessions, or AI adoption rollouts, there was a friendship , one that started more than thirty years ago and never let go.

Chevelle and Adam met as kids in a small town in Southeast Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.

That friendship carried them to Eastern Michigan University, where they were undergraduates together - before their paths split: different degrees, different industries, different cities. What didn't split was the trust they'd built - the kind that survives thirty years and two entirely different careers, and is still there the moment you need it.

Chevelle went on to earn her MBA and MS in Finance, followed by an AI Certification from MIT Sloan, and built her career inside one of the largest banks in the United States, where she led the rollout of Microsoft Copilot to 70,000 users -  learning firsthand what it actually takes to get an organization of that size to adopt new technology, not just license it. Adam built his career around people - HR, people management, and learning & development -  helping Fortune 500 companies design and execute people strategy from the ground up, spending two decades leading change through the people.

Different disciplines. Different industries. Same thirty years of trust. In 2026, that friendship became Modern Workery.

Decades of experience, and decades of trust and friendship, are the pillars for success at any level - and that's what Modern Workery is built on. We help organizations transform the future of work by being a partner they can actually trust: one that understands the technology, and understands the people who have to use it.

Adam Espinosa

Co-Founder, Business Development

Adam Espinosa has spent more than twenty years doing the hardest part of organizational change: getting people to actually adopt something new.

Long before “AI adoption” was a category, he was doing the human side of it, inside some of the most highly regulated, high-stakes environments in American manufacturing. Adam built and led talent and HR functions for Fortune 500 companies, Tier 1 suppliers, and OEMs, in industries where a bad rollout wasn’t an inconvenience - it was a compliance risk, a safety risk, or a labor relations crisis waiting to happen.

Adam didn’t come to AI adoption from engineering or product. He came to it from twenty years of watching what actually determines whether change sticks - leadership alignment, clear ownership, hands-on training, and a genuine read on how people really work, not how a slide deck says they should. That’s the muscle he built as a leader, and it’s the muscle he brings as a founder: translating a big, unfamiliar shift into something a team can actually execute, safely, on day one.
